Position Summary:
The Business Office Manager (BOM) is a key and visible team member working directly with residents, families and staff; is responsible for the timely and accurate input of demographics and payer information within the accounting system that interfaces with the central billing office; is directly involved in the maintenance of trust accounting records, census information, Medicaid and Hospice billing, Resident statements, and payment processing; and is the primary individual responsible for the timely collection of Medicaid, Hospice and Private payers in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities.
